Worldwide, over 1 billion people suffer from chronic respiratory problems (World Health Organization 2003).

Most common are non-communicative diseases such as asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and allergic rhinitis (hay fever).

What is the Buteyko method?

In all its simplicity, the method says: the less breathing the better.For over 30 years, Konstantin P. Buteyko explored the effect of hyperventilation and developed a breathing technique, that can reverse the development of asthma and other diseases.

What happens when you hyperventilate?
Respiration ads oxygen to the blood and removes carbon dioxide. If you breathe too much, the concentration of carbon dioxide drops too low, with a number of undesirable effects on blood vessels, immune system, nervous system and digestion.

The work sequence lists all the techniques we teach in the workshop.

Towards the end of the course, we will demonstrate the flow of a a complete session, how to combine the techniques and the interaction with the client.
